A program audit is a computer-generated analysis that enables the student to assess the student's academic progress and unfulfilled program requirements. The audit is a valuable tool for academic planning and course selection because it matches the courses that the student has taken with the requirements of his/her academic program. Audits are available from the Office of the Registrar for anyone who has enrolled for credit at the college and has at least one graded semester record. It may be requested by any currently enrolled student and delivered free of charge via email using a Student Action Request (SAR) online form found at the Student Services Center Web page on the college Virtual Campus at http://amcollege.net. A degree audit is not the student's official academic record. The official transcript is the only official record of completed work.
