Unofficial Transcript

An unofficial transcript is a student copy that is intended for the student's review and records and is not intended to be used for transfer of credit to another institution or for any other official use. It may be requested by any currently enrolled student and delivered free of charge via email using a Student Action Request (SAR) online form found at the Student Services Center Web page on the college Virtual Campus at http://amcollege.net . Students should be sure to include a current email address in the request.

Official Transcript

In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 and ACAS policy, all requests for official transcripts must be submitted in writing. Official transcripts cannot be requested by telephone, e-mail or e-mail attachment. 

To obtain an official transcript, complete an electronic Student Action Request (SAR) form available on the main page of the Virtual Campus. The Office of the Registrar will contact you via phone for payment. The transcript fee is U.S. $10.00 for regular postal mail delivery and U.S. $20.00 for USPS Express Mail delivery.
