The Campus Concierge is part of the college’s Office of Technology and serves as an all inclusive information center for ACAS students and faculty for both the Virtual Campus and Academic Residency services and events. The Concierge monitors and maintains the Virtual Campus, ISIS and other college computer systems and networks and is ultimately responsible for their smooth running while ensuring that all users get maximum benefits from them. The Concierge is ready to assist with and troubleshoot most problems that a student or faculty member user experiences. Support may be provided over the phone, through email, via Skype or by employing our remote desktop software that allows a user’s personal computer desktop environment to run remotely on the Concierge’s system so that we see what you are experiencing.
