Office of the Registrar
The Office of the Registrar is responsible for registering all admitted students for all courses including those delivered via the Virtual Campus (online courses), Academic Residencies, Field Project, Externship and Thesis courses. All of these courses have a Virtual Campus component to them for communication with an instructor or faculty adviser and other students. Students register for courses online via their SIS My Page during an open registration period or a late registration period. See the Academic Calendar for information about registration periods and dates. Students should log in using their assigned user name and password, move to the course registration area and choose courses for which they wish to register. Payment of tuition is made online during course registration using a debit or credit card via our secure payment gateway for direct-pay students. There is a U.S. $75 registration fee for each course and a U.S. $50 late registration fee if the courses are not registered for during the official registration period. It is suggested that students register early to get into their desired courses and to avoid the late registration fees.

An unofficial transcript is a student copy that is intended for the student's review and records and is not intended to be used for transfer of credit to another institution or for any other official use.
Students may view their unofficial transcript by going into their SIS My Page account and navigating to the View/Print Unofficial Transcript link.
In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act of 1974 and ACAS policy, all requests for official transcripts must be submitted through a student's SIS My Page.
The transcript fee is U.S. $10.00 for regular postal mail delivery.
In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act, only the individual who earned the diploma can request a replacement or duplicate diploma. Replacement and duplicate diplomas will have the notation "Replacement Diploma" or "Duplicate Diploma" written on the bottom of the document. The college will attempt to provide replacement diplomas with the signatures of the officials who originally signed the diploma. However, if the original signatures are not available, the replacement or duplicate diploma will be issued with the signatures of current officials. Replacement and duplicate diplomas take approximately two to four weeks to process.
To obtain a replacement or duplicate diploma, complete the Request a Copy of My Diploma form in the SIS My Page.

Please be advised that if the student is requesting a diploma in a name other than the one originally issued, legal documentation of the name change (e.g., certified copy of marriage certificate, divorce decree, or court order) must be included.
A program audit is a computer-generated analysis that enables the student to assess the student's academic progress and unfulfilled program requirements. The audit is a valuable tool for academic planning and course selection because it matches the courses that the student has taken with the requirements of his/her academic program. Audits are available from the student's SIS My Page. A degree audit is not the student's official academic record. The official transcript is the only official record of completed work.
